Cherkley Court, in Leatherhead, Surrey, is a late Victorian neo-classical mansion and estate of 370 acres. Formerly the home of Canadian-born press baron Lord Beaverbrook, Colwyn Foulkes is working with the current owners to refurbish, develop, and design a luxury golf, hotel, and spa resort - 'Beaverbrook'.
Working with Hounslow Council we obtained planning permission for the demolition of the existing derelict Morrisons supermarket, and the construction of a mix of 177 affordable homes and social housing, alongside an 8,000 sq ft food store.
